This page (including all the documents referred to or in it) explains the terms and conditions on which we supply goods, services and products listed on our online store.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully and make sure you understand them before purchasing any products or services. By proceeding with your order, you hereby agree to all terms and conditions related to them.
Warranties, Liabilities and Refunds or Returns
1. We will not be held responsible for any damages occurred whilst in transit. 2. We will not accept any responsibility for any wear and tear or accidental damage by you or by any third party. 3. All Goods/Products ordered by you online will meet the description as shown on our website (or any description given to you in writing). 4. It is imperative that all or any defected Goods received will undergo investigation. You must notify us immediately via email and attach photos for evidence. We will then decide, in consultation with you, whether the defect is our responsibility. If so, we will replace product with the exact same product. Any defective Goods to be returned to us must be returned at your expense. Any products to be sent back to you as a direct result of a replacement of a defective product will be on our expense. 5. Refunds can be offered for out of stock products. 6. NO refunds for change of mind. We can however provide store credit or exchange. 7. Goods can be returned for exchange via post. You will be responsible for return shipping. 8. Please ensure all goods to returned due to an exchange must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition. 9. Receipts and tax invoices must be valid and intact. 10. Liability to you for any loss or damage of goods whilst in transit. 11. Liability to you for any harm or injury to yourself or others from direct result of misuse of products. 12. Liability to you for any damages caused from direct results of misusage and improper pairing of powered/battery powered tools and equipment that is not suitable to the product description.
1. Permission to use website
1.1 You may: (a) view pages from our website in a web browser (pc or mobile); (b) print pages from our website for your own personal - non commercial use; (c) stream audio and video files from our website.
2. Copyright notice
2.1 All documents, photos, audio and videos posted on our website are subject to copyright. 2.2 We reserve the all rights to all contents shared from our social media accounts. 2.3 You shall not copy, download, crop or edit any of our content on our any of social medias or website without our consent. 2.4 You may like and share photos or videos seen in any of our social media accounts or website. However, cropping out our name or editing the entire content and reposting to make it your own is strictly prohibited. 2.5 Copy of photo with logo can be shared. A $5.00 fee is applied if removal of logo is requested (max of 2 photos). Can do bulk price if more that 2 photos. Price for videos are subject to length and quality.
3. Misuse of website
3.1 You must not: (a) hack or tamper with our website; (b) use our website in any way that is unlawful, illegal or harmful purpose; (c) use our website to copy, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any virus or spyware or other malicious computer software; (d) decipher any communication sent by or to our website without our permission; (e) test or scan the vulnerability of our website without our permission; (f) use our website in any way that would result to causing harm, damage to the integrity of our website; (g) copy, collect, extract or harvest data without our consent.
4. Online store
4.1 After placing an order, you "customer" will receive an online notification from us "RMP" via email acknowledging that we have reviewed your order. Please note that this does not mean your order has been accepted. 4.2 All orders are subject to acceptance by us. In some cases, there would be a miscount with inventory and therefore resulting to back orders which would result to delays.
5. Products and Services
5.1 Descriptions of products online are made sure to be as accurate as possible. 5.2 We may change the photos of products, but this will not affect quality and effectiveness of product. 5.3 The sale and purchase of products through our website will be subject to terms and conditions of sale, and we will ask you to agree to those terms every time you make a purchase in our online store.

6.1 Prices on our website conforms to Suggested Retail Price 6.2 Prices may change with or without prior notice 6.3 Discounts may be applied with or without notice
7. Shipping Terms, Costs and Timing
7.1 Must read all terms before proceeding with payment. 7.2 All shipping costs that occurs when purchasing Goods/Products online shall be the responsibility of the customer. 7.3 Shipping cost will be calculated per order and is based on the shipping option you selected. We would sometimes offer "Free Shipping" subject to terms and conditions. 7.4 Shipping Cost will be calculated based on weight or size (whichever is greater) as per courier terms. 7.5 For all shipping greater than 7kgs (express) or 9kgs (standard) will be charged accordingly. 7.6 Shipping for Large orders or bulk orders will be subject to quotes. Approval will be needed to ensure both parties "you" and "RMP" agree with total shipping costs. 7.7 Back orders may cause delay of shipment of items. You will be contacted via email for any back orders or out of stock items. 7.8 You will be responsible for purchasing insurance of all Goods to be shipped. 7.9 No Goods shall be sent out if not paid in full. Ownership in all Goods remains with us until full payment of all amounts due have been received. 7.10 Shipping Timing will depend on shipping option selected. Delays in shipping is not our responsibility once Goods/Products have been sent out. Please make use of tracking number provided to locate your parcel. 7.11 At this stage, Shipping is offered Domestically only
8. Shipping address and personal details
8.1 Please ensure all details listed are true and correct. 8.2 Misspelled addresses or names could result to loss of parcel or delays in shipping.
9. Booking Services, Cancellation/Rescheduling, Quotes and Fees
9.1 Bookings (a) All bookings are subject to confirmation. (b) Dates are not guaranteed until confirmed. (c) WE REPAIR DEEP SCRATCHED/GOUGES via CONTROLLED SANDING TECHNIQUES at NO ADDITIONAL COST. We will let you know if the damage(s) is/are irreparable, dented or too deep to sand out. Sanding: 6-8 stages | Cutting and Polishing 3-4 stages (d) Outcome of polish will always depend on the condition of the item/truck. (e) All steps done in metal polishing (except stainless) remains the same no matter the condition. Only procedure that usually varies is the sanding, this always depends on the condition and repairs needed. (f) Please manage expectations. (g) For special requests please inform us when you book. (h) Please be informed that we take photos for documentation, and we would also post it on our highly sought out social media(s). If you do not want us to post anything about your truck, please let us know right away. 9.2 Cancellation or Rescheduling (a) Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. 9.3 Quotes (a) For any changes needed to be made to the quote, please let us know as soon as possible and we will amend and resend new quote. (b) To proceed with jobs listed on the quote, approval is a must to ensure quote was read and confirmed. (c) Insurance quotes - fees apply (see 10.d)
10. Payment terms and other Fees
(a) All outstanding amounts on invoices should be paid within 1-7 days (b) All orders placed online for purchases of Goods and Products shall be paid via payment links. No unpaid Goods or Products shall be shipped out. (c) Should you need more time to pay for any outstanding invoices sent to you for Services done, please do inform us immediately to avoid late fees. (d) SURCHARGE FEE: 15% surcharge fee from the subtotal invoice for Saturday bookings. (e) Public Holiday fee applies - if any. (f) Insurance quote - $25.00 per quote.

11. Business Hours: We are open Monday - Friday, and Saturday (by appointment only). Times are as follows Monday - Thursday (8:00 - 16:00) Friday (8:00 - 14.30) Saturdays (by appointment only) - fees applies. Please refer to fee terms above. SUNDAY - CLOSED PUBLIC HOLIDAY - USUALLY CLOSED, unless booking was made by you on a public holiday. All rights reserved to accept or refuse booking/s on a Public Holiday. Account and Password
In order to open an account, you will be asked to provide us with certain information such as an email address or account name and password. You are soley responsible for mainiating the confidentiality of your accounts, your password and for restricting your computer. please make sure the information you provide to Reflection Metal Polishing upon registration and all other times is true and correct to the best of your knowledge.

Important Workshop Terms and Conditions
All arrivals must see office. STRICTLY NO CLIENTS/CUSTOMERS ALLOWED IN WORKSHOP, unless given permission to. Your safety is our utmost priority. For clients/customers waiting, please wait in the waiting area. DO NOT STAND in the workshop. NO PHOTOGRAPHY or VIDEOS ALLOWED without consent. NO PHOTOGRAPHY or VIDEOS ALLOWED whilst RMP employees working. Liability to you for any injury or incident happen as a direct result of negligence or willfully ignoring rules. Whilst in the yard, you must abide by any rules set forth by Ritchie Bros and Reflection Metal Polishing.
