Arbour Extension M14*2 Thread

Our M14*2 Thread Arbour Extension suits grinders purchased in Australia. This extension will space airway wheels mounted on our flange plates an additional 40mm from a standard mounting postion on your grinder. This is handy to give the airway wheel more clearance from the body of your grinder and can also help when polishing areas which require a greater machine angle.
The 40mm spacing gives adequate clearance without spacing your airway wheels out too far, which can result in excessive vibration. This extension can also aid with proper mounting of our flange plates on grinders with short arbours. Some grinders come from the manufacturer with a very short arbour that doesn’t allow enough bite inside the thread of the flange plate. This extension helps to overcome this problem.
